Jamie and his team did a brilliant job removing a structural wall and making good, as well as installing a bifold window and door. Jamie kept in contact prior to the work being completed, and while his team were working, to ensure we understood the process and were well informed. At every stage of the project, Jamie and his team were forward looking and seeking to make it next-trade ready. The work was completed on time, to a high standard and at an affordable price. The team made the space clean at the end of each day and interacted well with the rest of the family. The team clearly take pride in their work. We highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them company again.

Jamie and his offsider Ivan were a pleasure to deal. We appreciated the way Jamie kept us informed of our choices as the job unfolded. Even though fireplace demolition is inherently messy, they were very respectful of our home and garden. We will definitely engage them again for future demolition projects.

Thanks Jamie and Ivan for assisting with our project. Jamie is very experienced and knowledgeable. He provided us with recommendations along the way and even fixed a few things that he found in the roof during the renovation. He is happy to take the time in explaining to someone like me with zero building experience. He also completed the works for us at a very reasonable price.

From the initial call to enquire about how Adelaide Ancillary Building Services could help me, I cannot fault their customer service. Jamie answered my 100 questions and offered me a number of options to achieve the result I was hoping for. When agreeing on the works to occur, Jamie and his team arrived punctually and completed the job efficiently and explained everything to my curious little boy, with kindness and patience. Jamie and the team also spotted other odd jobs around the home whilst present for the agreed project and completed those too! We were extremely happy with Jamie and his team. Jamie has so much expertise and knowledge, but even more importantly, he genuinely cares about people and takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to provide us with good advice, not just for our current job, but to set us up to make things easier for future work. A lot of the thought he put into it was beyond what would be required for a great job. He was exceptional. His team Ivan and Ashley are also both absolutely lovely, hard working, kind people. Jamie and his team removed the centre pillar to convert two single door garages into a double. I am thankful for the great job they’ve done – you can see the pictures. The job is far from straightforward – involves assessment by an engineer, and the structure needs to be adequately supported while removing the pillar as it may easily crumble. No wonder I had a bit of a sleepless night before the job started. But seeing Jamie and his team working on it I became confident the structure would hold and results would be good. Jamie was very thorough explaining the process and issues we are facing, what result I should expect, and potential touch ups we may want to do additionally. He carefully listened to all my concerns and addressed those. And Jamie is very honest – the job was done when he said it would be done, at the price he initially quoted me, and with great result! Thank you!

I had a job requiring the preservation of structural integrity that no one, including me, knew how to handle. It worried me for years. Jamie’s approach wasn’t gung-ho. He thought it through and I trusted him to sort it out. An outstanding result with which I am100% happy.

Jamie has a wealth of knowledge and experience in a wide array of areas, and is excellent in pre-empting problems before the job begins. Jamie and his team are phenomenal at providing solutions to said problems. He (& his team) are friendly, professional and experts in finding on-site solutions to unexpected challenges, whether it be conventional, or out of the box.
